branding & etc.

Here are some branding exercises and other projects that I am proud of.

I had the privilege of conceptualizing a whole-house Valentine's Day campaign for Belk. Below are the three major themes that I pulled together, each with its own unique feel and tone.

Though I worked in the digital space at Belk, I was sometimes tapped for print materials as well. In this case, I was challenged to make a highly promotional sale feel more fashion-forward, while still retaining important information.

The digital design team at Belk was challenged to conceptualize a fresh new Christmas campaign that felt modern and southern and could also be versatile for all the events taking place throughout the season. I created this cheerful moodboard, complete with different color palettes showing which key colors should be emphasized during each major event.

Belk's wedding & gift registry service needed a rebrand and an overhaul of the large graphic printed on the interactive kiosks in their stores. I came up with some new options below, with the goal to feel unisex, modern, and beyond just "bridal."

At Belk, there are many resource groups for associates to get engaged in. A new resource group was created for veterans, active military, and those who would like to support them. I created a name and logo options to match.

As part of several resource groups at Belk, one of my favorite "extracurricular" activities was to create posters for special corporate events. I had a lot of fun stretching outside of the Belk brand to create eye-catching ads.

Though it isn't my foremost skill, I do have some experience in retouching.
